How do I know I'm not being overcharged?

Our quotation is itemised down to every brand and specification. The signed total is the final total. We don't believe in hidden costs.

What if I'm not satisfied with the design?

We revise until you are. Design rounds are included in your package. We don't move to construction until you say yes.

Do you handle properties outside Johor Bahru?

Our core service area is Johor Bahru and surrounding districts. For projects outside this area, please speak with our consultant about feasibility.

What about after-sales service?

Five-year structural warranty. Two-year surface warranty. Lifetime cost-price maintenance. Our team stays your team.
