Visit our Mount Austin showroom, or invite us to your home. We listen to your lifestyle, your family rhythm, and what you want this home to feel like. No pressure, no obligation.

2. Design

Our designers prepare a tailored layout, finish palette, and material story for your home. For Premium and Luxury packages, this includes 3D visualisation so you can walk through your home before construction begins.

3. Materials & Quotation

We finalise every material — brand, specification, finish — and present a fully itemised quotation. What you sign is what you pay.

4. Construction

Your dedicated project butler manages the build from day one. You receive weekly photo progress reports and are invited to milestone inspections (foundation, plumbing, electrical, finishes).

5. Furnishing & Move-In

Soft furnishings — curtains, lighting, signature pieces — are installed before handover. Your home is professionally cleaned, air-quality tested, and ready to live in. You walk in. It feels like home.

6. Aftercare

Five-year structural warranty, two-year surface warranty, lifetime cost-price maintenance. We are not gone after handover; we are still your team.
