2. On-Time Delivery

We commit to a clear timeline in writing. If we delay beyond the agreed date due to our own fault, we compensate per the terms in your contract. The date we promise is the date we deliver.

3. Five-Year Warranty

Five years on structural work. Two years on surface finishes. Concealed work is repaired free of charge during the warranty period; lifetime cost-price maintenance thereafter.

4. Dedicated Project Butler

Every client is assigned one dedicated project butler — one person, one direct line, full accountability. Weekly photo progress reports. On-site inspections at every major milestone. No more chasing different people for answers.

5. Eco-Health Standard

All boards, paints, and adhesives meet or exceed E1 environmental standards. Upon completion, we conduct professional indoor air-quality testing. If formaldehyde levels fall short, we remediate at our own cost — until they meet standard.
